Cabbage and bacon



1 Savoy cabbage

8 rashers of streaky bacon

1 leek

1tsp caraway seeds



* Finely chop the leek and fry in a large pan until soft.

* Cut up the streaky bacon and add it to the pan along with the caraway seeds.

* While that is cooking, shred the cabbage.

* Once the bacon is nice and crispy, throw in the cabbage and cook until softened.

* Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
